Deniece Wheeler is an international education consultant and wellbeing practitioner with 18+ years’ experience across the global K–12 education sector. Her career has spanned education publishing, teacher training and recruitment, special educational needs, school development and international stakeholder engagement.

In her consultancy capacity as Global Development Director for the Council of British International Schools (COBIS), Deniece has represented the organisation across numerous international markets, building networks and relationships with school leaders and key stakeholders. Her work includes supporting and advising both new and established schools with quality assurance and continuous improvement guidance.

Deniece holds an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology, a Chartered Institute of Marketing Professional Diploma (CIM), is an accredited EMCC Coach Practitioner, and a registered yoga and meditation teacher. She brings a particular interest in how school culture, leadership and wellbeing contribute to sustainable school improvement.
