Caroline is Head of Secondary at Reigate Grammar School Phnom Penh, where she leads the development of a British international education combining academic excellence with a strong sense of identity, belonging and cultural understanding. Having worked with senior leaders across Europe, the Middle East and Asia through RGS International partnerships, she has valuable insights into opportunities and challenges facing international schools. With over seventeen years' experience in British and international education, she has held senior leadership roles spanning school improvement, curriculum development, staff development, inclusion, sustainability and international education.

She holds a Master's degree in Leadership and Management, where her research focused on teacher recruitment and retention. She has also served as an ISI Team Inspector. Her leadership of culture, inclusion and belonging initiatives has contributed to national and international recognition, including award-winning school culture programmes.

Caroline is passionate about helping schools create environments that are globally ambitious, locally rooted and centred on young people, equipping students to thrive as confident learners, engaged citizens and future leaders in an increasingly interconnected world.
