Dr. Benjamin Joel Breboneria is an Assistant Professor at Almoosa College of Health Sciences-Almoosa Education. As a curriculum, quality, and accreditation specialist with a decade in government service (2015–2025), he engineered Saudi Arabia's first MSN–Nurse Educator Track and the RN-BSN bridge program, pioneering professional pathways nationwide. He spearheaded ACEN accreditation—a rare U.S. milestone in the Middle East—securing top licensure rankings and substantial Ministry funding.
A global catalyst, he has organised 89+ webinars and speaks internationally, engaging 7,000+ nurses across 30 countries. Certified in Gallup strengths coaching, nurse executive-advanced, PMP, ACP, CNE, and CQA, he is the first international member on the NLN's Certified Nurse Educator Commission (USA) and formerly led Sigma Theta Tau International's sole virtual chapter spanning 35 countries.
His accolades include the Nightingale Award for Filipino Nurses in Arabia, Asia's Leader and Innovator in Nursing, Excellence in Education, and the Academy of Nursing Education Fellow (USA).
