Badra Abd El Qader is the Principal of Al-Zahraa Elementary School in Al-Tayyiba Triangle and a PhD Candidate at the University of Murcia, Spain. She has more than 30 years of experience in education and has served in a variety of teaching and leadership roles, including teacher, homeroom teacher, teacher mentor, assistant principal, principal, and lecturer in teacher education.
She holds a bachelor's degree in science, mathematics, and computer science education, a master's degree in school administration, and a second master's degree in mathematics education. Her doctoral research focuses on school leadership and inclusive education, with particular emphasis on the inclusion of students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), professional readiness, institutional support, and monitoring practices.
Her professional and research interests include educational leadership, inclusive education, and the development of equitable learning environments that promote meaningful participation and learning opportunities for all students.
