Aisha Al Ghafli is the Principal of Al Khair School in Al Ain, UAE, and a Khalifa Award-winning educational researcher. She is passionate about designing practical, evidence-based school systems that improve student achievement, engagement, and ownership of learning.

Throughout her career, she has led a range of school improvement initiatives focused on growth mindset, student agency, data-informed decision-making, and innovative teaching practices. She is the creator of the Al Khair Steps System, a whole-school approach that helps students understand their learning progress, set meaningful goals, and take greater responsibility for their academic growth.
