I am Arsalan Jamil, Head of Humanities and Sociology Teacher in the UAE, with extensive experience in curriculum development, assessment, educational leadership, and teacher mentoring. I am passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences that extend beyond textbooks and empower students with the skills needed for the future.

In 2025, I had the privilege of presenting at the Dubai Teaching Conference (DTC) 2025, one of the UAE's largest professional development events for educators, organized by Future Aura and hosted at Safa British School, Dubai. The conference brought together educators, school leaders, and academic experts from across the region to share innovative practices and shape the future of education.

My presentation, "Teaching Beyond the Curriculum," explored how educators can foster critical thinking, global citizenship, leadership, and real-world learning through cross-curricular approaches and student-centered experiences. Through my work as an educator, conference presenter, and leader of student initiatives such as Model United Nations (MUN), I strive to inspire both teachers and students to embrace lifelong learning and educational innovation.
