I am the Director of Dhruv Global Schools, an educator, and a part of the fifth generation of the Malpani Group, one of India's established conglomerates with a legacy spanning over five decades.

As part of the first generation of women entrepreneurs within the Malpani Group, I lead Dhruv Global School across multiple campuses in India and Dubai, building institutions that go beyond academic excellence to shape how children think, lead, and show up in the world.

My work sits at the intersection of education, leadership, and institution building. At Dhruv, we are rethinking what a school can be through personalized learning, strong values, and environments where every child is seen, challenged, and supported to grow.

Beyond my work, I am a fitness enthusiast, a traveler, and someone who believes that how you lead at work and how you show up in life are not two separate things.
