Ami Perry is an experienced educational leader and currently serves as Head of Junior School at Repton Al Barsha, Dubai. Throughout her career, Ami has held a range of senior leadership positions, including Deputy Head, Head of Inclusion and Regional Inclusion Lead for Cognita Schools. Her leadership achievements include driving whole-school improvements in teaching and learning, strengthening inclusive practice, developing robust approaches to assessment and quality assurance, and leading professional development initiatives to build leadership capacity and improve classroom practice.
