Alaa AlGuburi is an AI Integration Project Lead and Senior Data Analyst at the UAE Ministry of Education, where she leads strategic initiatives that support the responsible adoption of Artificial Intelligence across K–12 education. Her work focuses on AI strategy, governance, curriculum innovation, educator capacity building, and the evaluation of emerging AI technologies to enhance teaching, learning, and educational decision-making.

She is currently pursuing a PhD in Science Education, with research focused on the integration of Artificial Intelligence in education, particularly its impact on teaching, learning, curriculum, assessment, and educator readiness.

Alaa is passionate about empowering educators and education leaders to harness AI responsibly and effectively. She works to bridge research, policy, and practice by translating emerging AI innovations into practical strategies that enhance educational quality, foster innovation, and prepare schools for the future of learning.
