Adeeba Waseem is a proud alumnus of the inaugural Sharjah Education Academy PGDE cohort and currently serves as the Headmistress – Middle School at Delhi Private School, Sharjah. With over two decades of experience in education, she specialises in educational leadership, gifted education, teacher development, technology integration, and research-informed practice. Drawing on her background in clinical psychology, she is passionate about creating inclusive, future-focused learning environments that nurture compassionate, empowered global citizens.

Adeeba has presented at leading education conferences, including the SEA Summit on Improvement in Education, ICED, and GESS. Her contributions have earned recognition from the Indian Consulate in Dubai, and she has been named a Champion of Student Voice by the UN initiative Voices of Future Generations (VoFG) for five consecutive years. An EdTech Award winner and Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert, she champions innovation and meaningful technology integration in education.

As the school's Gifted and Talented Program Lead, she leads a research-based talent development framework that empowers gifted learners to thrive while enriching the wider school community through evidence-based practice and innovation.
