As Vice Principal and Director of Accreditation, STEM Certification, College and Career Counseling, and Global Exchange Programs at IVY STEM International Schools, Abeer leads strategic initiatives that enhance teaching and learning while expanding opportunities for student growth and global engagement. She has established meaningful partnerships with international universities and organizations to support college and career readiness.

Abeer also serves as an International Associate Lead Evaluator with Cognia, contributing to accreditation and continuous improvement efforts worldwide.
