Vasavi Ayyanan

My Passion for Teaching drove me to be a teacher. I have accumulated 18 years of rich and varied experience in India, Qatar and UAE. I have taught different nationalities and cultures. I have worked as the Head of the English department and the Head of co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. I am the coordinator of the English department organising events and collaborating with organisations outside to enrich the teaching-learning process. I have given lectures in online forums and face-to-face forums. I have participated in the Sharjah Book Fair workshop. I have spoken at the Mydan forum at the United Arab Emirates University. I have worked as the organiser of the Teacher's discussion forum and acted as the moderator for the discussion forums. I have given model lessons and lectures for teachers as a trainer. Being a teacher and a mother, I excise exemplary citizenship by involving myself in volunteering, and sustainability activities.
