Tai holds a Master's degree in Transformative Leadership and has spent over ten years in the Middle East assisting schools with designing digital environments to increase student engagement across all age levels. Before entering into education, Tai worked in the technology industry for two of the largest tech companies in the world; Microsoft and Apple. Currently, Tai is the Digital Education Lead for Bloom Education and is responsible for educational technology implementation for Bloom's cluster of charter schools in Al Ain.
