Romy is an expert PowerSchool SIS administrator, trainer, customizer, consultant, and community leader.  In addition to her position as SIS Specialist at the American School of Dubai, she serves as Chairperson of the Middle East & Africa PowerSchool Users' Group, coordinating the group's annual regional conference and supporting members throughout the year.  She also maintains several well-known plugins and presents regularly at conferences in Europe and the United States. Romy is the winner of PowerSchool's 2023 International Champion of the Year Award, and enjoys working closely with schools to represent their voice, create connections among the wider community, and support student learning around the world.
