Ms. Taruna is renowned for her passionate work with students of determination. With an experience spanning close to two decades after completing a double masters in psychology. She has been the Head of Inclusion at various schools, currently with Ambassador  School as Head of Inclusion, and an Inclusion Governor for the sister Schools, chairing SNETIN for MENA and South  Africa region. Her endeavor at school has seen major policy changes and reforms that have helped the school and the department reach great heights to provide inclusive and equitable education in accordance with The United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 4 /UAE Federal Law. She began her career as a Developmental Psychologist/Consultant for nonprofit organizations working with people of determination in India. She is always ready to come up with innovative and creative ideas which are for the betterment of all the stakeholders, she firmly believes in utilizing the strengths of the individuals instead of working on their weaknesses. Her trust in her team, Passion, Patience, and perseverance makes her an able educator and a leader. She has been nominated for several awards few of the most notable being for the best inclusion team at EJMEE Awards (2016), award for Best Inclusion Initiatives at the GESS Awards in 2019. She has been recognized by Education 2. O as an outstanding Leader in  Life Time Golden Achievement award as a World's Leading Biographical Specialist from Rattan Publishing House. "
