Crafting Sustainable Stories is all about young children identifying their passions in life, voicing their ideas on the future they envision for themselves, their surroundings, and the planet, and finding their medium of expression to communicate their solutions. The initiative to find solutions and adopt an SDG comes through empathy, but children need to develop a sound plan of action to achieve their goals. The 'Story Drill' is a writing tool developed for young thinkers, teachers and parents to support purposeful writing that comes through inspiration, exploration, description and creation of ideas. Children writing stories for children is an innovative approach to solving the global issues and securing our future generations. Voices of Future Generations competition empowers young writers by listening, understanding, facilitating and believing in their ideas and abilities to drive change.
