Russell Cailey

Principal, THINK Global School

Russell is one of the principals of THINK Global School (TGS). TGS is the world’s first travelling high school, and beyond the travel, TGS offers a distinctly unique environment for students to guide their learning through the Changemaker Curriculum. Designed with agency in mind, the Changemaker Curriculum empowers students to create and implement projects relevant to the countries they call home during the course of their TGS education. Students at THINK Global School explore and cultivate their passions through a series of personal projects, achieving mastery in the skills and topics they care about most. They also give back to each of our host countries through a series of meaningful service projects, which ensure a deeper and more heartfelt connection with the communities they join.

They play a crucial role in helping students take agency over their learning, master new skills, and develop a deep sense of purpose.
