Edd Moore

Environment Education Consultant - Eco Edd

Edd Moore

I’ve been at the forefront of Regeneration Education since 2012, driven by a belief that schools can lead the way in creating a greener, fairer future. Over the years, I’ve worked with children, educators, and communities to embed sustainability into every part of school life not as an add-on, but as a core purpose. My journey has taken me from transforming a UK primary school into one of the top Eco Schools in the country, to teaching at the renowned Green School Bali as a Primary Teacher and Curriculum Coordinator. I’ve led schools to win major national environmental awards, including Eco-Schools Primary Eco School of the Year and Jane Goodall’s Roots & Shoots Education Institution of the Year.

In 2023, I was proud to be named one of 500 Coronation Champions for my environmental work, and in 2024, I was honored to receive the Foundation for Environmental Education’s Teacher of the Year Award. I’m also an Earth Cubs Superhero Educator championing global citizenship, climate resilience, and action led learning in classrooms around the world.

I work as an Environmental Education Consultant, supporting Multi-Academy Trusts, Schools, Universities, Teacher Trainees, Businesses, Media organisations, and NGOs. My goal is to give educators the tools and confidence to help young people become changemakers in school, at home, and in their communities.

100 Ideas for Primary Teachers: Greener School was published by Bloomsbury on 11th September and forward by Dr Jane Goodall DBE.
