Judy-Ann is a model for effective practice and educational change with a global perspective. She has worked in the USA for over 10 years where she held roles such as CPD leader, Master Teacher, Highly Qualified Teacher, State Coach, and Curriculum Development Specialist, and served on The Ohio Advisory Writing Content Committee for Language Arts. During her seven years in the UK, she served as Literacy Leader, Teacher Coach, and Intervention Specialist. She is an experienced Pastoral Leader with a passion for excellence. Judy-Ann's qualifications include (but are not limited to) - a MA from Wright State University-USA, Coaching Teaching from Cambridge Institute-UK, Leader with change-Harvard University-USA, and NPQSL from UCL. Judy-Ann has won several awards including Teacher of The Year, Best Lesson Plans, Teacher Mentor, and Educator of the Year with Outstanding Leadership, Organization, and Preparation. Judy-Ann believes that teaching is 'heart work,' and building strong relationships with students is the bridge to progress and success. Recently, she showcased her skills at Abu Dhabi Teachers Conference and many educators raved about her energy, passion, and depth of knowledge.
