Being a former practitioner and kindergarten teacher for multiple years, Hanan has developed a strong desire to help children of all abilities in reaching their full potential. This has led her to become an Early Childhood Specialist at Queen Rania Teacher Academy, where she applies her abilities and knowledge to support teachers in fostering growth and development among young children. Hanan holds an MSc in Kindergarten Education and is currently pursuing a PhD in Curricula and Methods of Teaching Children in Kindergarten. Her research is focused on the effectiveness of a STEM-based approach to cultivate future-thinking abilities in kindergarten-aged children. In addition, Hanan is a certified trainer and an essential team member involved in developing and implementing professional development programs for kindergarten teachers. She also plays a critical role in forming partnerships between QRTA and educational institutions to support educators in Jordan and the region. Apart from her main job, Hanan has also authored numerous publications and is a frequent contributor to columns in her field magazines and newspapers.
