Tony Macfadyen has worked in education for over 35 years and has an almost unique career biography having worked in the UK in both Secondary Education and as an Associate Professor in a World Top 200 University. Since leaving the UK he has led International schools in Africa, Asia and Europe as well a role as ISP's School Improvement Partner in the UAE. Tony combines his academic, research and practical leadership expertise to provide an all round picture of educational best practice.
