Tod Brennan is Head of Initial Teacher Training at Cranleigh School Abu Dhabi, where he also teaches English Language and Literature. He works for Evidence Based Education as the Senior Implementation and Engagement Consultant, supporting schools across the GCC with the Great Teaching Toolkit and Itqan. He is also a member of Abu Dhabi Teaching Conference (ADTC) committee.
He holds an NPQSL, a PGCE, and DSL Level 3, and is currently completing an MBA. A regular speaker at ResearchEd conferences, Tod's work centres on evidence-based teacher development and school improvement across the region.
