Dr. Taruna Khattar is an Inclusion and Wellbeing Leader, Psychologist, Counsellor, and Education Consultant with over 20 years of experience advancing inclusive education and supporting diverse learners. She is the Inclusion & Wellbeing Governor and Quality Assurance Consultant for the Ambassador Group of Schools, Dubai, and also works as a freelance counsellor, coach, and consultant.

A passionate advocate for wellbeing, inclusion, and equity in education, she has led impactful initiatives recognised across the region, including the GESS Award for Best Inclusion Initiatives and the Outstanding Leadership Award at Education 2.0, along with multiple nominations for excellence in inclusion and wellbeing. She is a Senior Fellow Member of IFIP, Certified Inclusion Leader, ICF-certified Life & Wellbeing Coach, and Certified NLP Practitioner.

A regular speaker at educational conferences and KHDA What Works events, she shares evidence-based practices that strengthen wellbeing, inclusion, and student success. Her work focuses on building belonging, empowering educators, supporting neurodiverse learners, and driving meaningful outcomes through data-informed practice. She believes inclusive, wellbeing-focused schools enable every learner to flourish and reach their potential.
