Reema is a passionate and accomplished educational leader with over 15 years of leadership experience across British curriculum schools in the UAE, specialising in Early Years education, curriculum development and whole-school improvement.

Her philosophy is rooted in the belief that the early years lay the foundation for lifelong learning. She is passionate about creating nurturing, inclusive environments where every child feels valued, confident and inspired to thrive through exploration, creativity, collaboration and meaningful experiences.

Throughout her career, Reema has led Early Years teams, developed curriculum frameworks and driven school improvement initiatives, with expertise in play-based learning, the Curiosity Approach, child development, safeguarding and inclusive education. Her leadership empowers educators to become facilitators of learning through observation, reflection and responsive teaching.
