Dr. Ninette Kamel is an Educational Technology Specialist, university lecturer, and curriculum designer from Lebanon. She holds a PhD in Educational Technology and focuses on designing future-ready learning experiences that empower students to become creators, problem-solvers, and innovators.

She is a TechWomen Emerging Leader 2025, selected for an initiative of the U.S. Department of State supporting emerging women leaders in STEM. Her work centers on the Innovation in Technology and STEAM Curriculum, a progressive K–12 model that integrates digital literacy, AI literacy, coding, robotics, 3D design, design thinking, systems thinking, and entrepreneurship.

Through her role with the National Association for Science and Research and her contribution to Mobarat ElOloum, she supports youth innovation, scientific creativity, and STEM engagement at the national level. Beyond her professional work, she enjoys reading, baking, traveling, and exploring new adventures that continue to inspire her curiosity and creativity.
