Murray Thomas is Vice Principal for Accreditation and the Misk Schools Diploma in Riyadh. Over the past seven years he has worked across CIS, NEASC, COBIS, ETEC and High Performance Learning frameworks, helping align accreditation, quality assurance and school improvement within one of the Gulf region's leading schools.

Drawing on leadership experience across South Africa, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, he is interested in the design and improvement of high-performing schools. His work spans strategy, quality assurance, professional learning and organisational development. Ultimately, he is motivated by helping schools create the conditions in which young people develop the character, judgement and confidence to lead and serve others.
