Mark is a Customer Success Manager for Learning and Development at Team Teach as well as a Principal Team Teach Trainer, based in the UK. He has delivered training for over 25 years across the globe, including Ireland, the Middle East, South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

Mark's career has been supporting children and adults with an intellectual disability across education and social care internationally. He worked within a specialist behavioural team where he supported staff teams in the education sector for children aged 3 to 19, as well as residential services.

The team provided support to children and adults over a 24-hour period, so this included working alongside both staff and parents and carers to help shape solutions to better support individuals across educational environments as well as health and social care organisations.

Mark was the Lead for Violence Reduction in a large NHS Learning Disability & Mental Health Trust as well as a part of the National NHS Expert Reference Group.

He has taught staff, parents and carers in a number of countries globally and continues to remain in touch with the workplace by working alongside staff in a consultancy role.
