Hillal Kara-Ali is an international education leader, born and raised in Australia, with a background spanning both Western and Middle Eastern education systems. He began his academic journey in Sport and Exercise Science before finding his passion in education, completing a Master of Secondary Teaching followed by a Master of Special Education.

Hillal currently serves as Vice Principal, Project 10 at Misk Schools, where he leads experiential learning initiatives, national and international competitions, Olympiads, and scholarship pathways designed to develop future-ready student leaders aligned with Vision 2030.

A strong advocate for wellbeing, Hillal believes that academic excellence is built on a foundation of a healthy body and mind, and actively role-models balance and resilience through sport and fitness.

Fun fact: He won the Australian TV show The Mole in 2013.
