I am an experienced educational leader with ten years of experience in education, currently serving as Deputy Headteacher – Academics. Previously Assistant Headteacher for Teaching and Learning, my focus has been on driving school improvement, developing teaching practice and leading curriculum and assessment across secondary education.

Passionate about instructional leadership, I focus on fostering a culture of high expectations, professional collaboration and continuous improvement. I have also facilitated the National Professional Qualification for Leading Teaching (NPQLT), supporting educators in developing their leadership capacity and strengthening classroom practice.

Currently undertaking the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH), I am committed to empowering teachers and middle leaders, embedding evidence-informed approaches and driving sustainable improvements in teaching quality and student outcomes.
