Darren is an influential and passionate leader, strategist and mentor, and is the Director of Child Protection and Safeguarding at Maarif Education, Saudi Arabia’s largest private education company. Darren is responsible for providing expert strategic leadership in Occupational Health and Safety, Child Protection and Well-being for the 41 schools, 5000 staff and 37,000 students across the Maarif Education group. Darren is a former teacher and police officer and a qualified child protection investigator who has worked extensively with children at risk for over 25 years.
