Ben Viljoen is the Corporate Head of Inclusion & Wellbeing for Taaleem, one of the Middle East's leading education providers, where he leads the strategic development of inclusive practice across a diverse portfolio of schools. With a background in Educational Psychology, Ben has worked in the UAE since 2012 and has been part of the Taaleem family since 2016.

Working alongside school leaders, he leads group-wide initiatives spanning inclusion, wellbeing, multilingual learners, high attainment, governance, quality assurance and data-informed school improvement. His work focuses on translating inclusive values into practical, sustainable systems that improve outcomes for students while strengthening leadership capacity and whole-school culture.

Ben is a regular facilitator of professional learning and has developed organisation-wide frameworks, policies and quality assurance processes that support schools in moving beyond compliance towards authentic, evidence-informed inclusive practice. He is passionate about helping schools make inclusion visible in everyday teaching, leadership and the lived experiences of every learner.
