Atul Gaur has been appointed HR Director for L’Oréal Middle East in 2025, leading the Group’s Human Resources division across the GCC region. An HR leader with over 20 years of regional experience, Atul specialises in strategic transformation, people development, and fostering coaching relationships. His optimistic outlook fuels his drive to prepare business for future ready capabilities and develop people through empowerment.

Atul's L’Oréal journey began in 2016 as HR Director for Singapore, later expanding his remit to include Malaysia and ASEAN eCommerce. In 2021, he transitioned to a regional role leading HR for the Consumer Products Division and Digital across South APAC and MENA. Focusing on digital transformation, e-commerce acceleration, and talent development, he played a key role in establishing L’Oréal SAPMENA as a talent hub, accelerating people development and career mobility within and outside the region.

Prior to L’Oréal, Atul held several HR leadership positions at Diageo across Asia Pacific, Southeast Asia, Global Travel Retail, and the Middle East for over 10 years.

Atul is a business graduate and holds a master’s degree in human resources and Organisation Development from the Delhi School of Economics.
