Ashleigh Thompson is an experienced educational leader with over 16 years of international teaching and leadership experience, including a decade as Head of School. With a strong background in Early Years and Primary education, she has led school improvement across Outstanding and Very Good schools, specialising in curriculum design, teaching and learning, assessment, and whole-school development. A qualified Forest School Practitioner, Ashleigh is passionate about creating meaningful, nature-rich learning experiences that foster curiosity, sustainability, cultural understanding, and children's connection to the world around them. Ashleigh now supports schools, educators, and families through professional development, consultancy, and high-impact learning programmes. She is passionate about translating educational research into practical strategies that improve outcomes for every child and empower teachers to make a lasting difference.
