Judy-Ann is an award-winning educator, speaker, author, and International School Advisor whose impact spans 3 continents. Recognised globally for her exceptional contributions to education, she is a model for effective practice and educational change with a global perspective.

She has worked (USA ) for over 10 years in roles such as CPD leader, Master Teacher, Highly Qualified Teacher, State Coach, and Curriculum Co-ordinator. Additionally, she served on the Ohio Advisory Writing Content Committee for Language Arts. During her 7 years in the UK, she served as a Literacy Leader, Teacher Coach, and Intervention Coordinator. Her 8 years in the UAE saw her serving as Pastoral and Transition Leader, Teacher Coach, Literacy Leader, Curriculum Designer, Assist Principal, and Prof. Development Leader. She has been honoured with prestigious accolades such as Teacher of the Year, Outstanding Leadership, Organisation and Preparation, and the Race To The Top Award for Outstanding Educator.

Deemed the ‘Teaching Guru,’ Judy-Ann has been a Literacy and Transformative Leader for over 2 decades. With the implementation of Teaching & Learning Programs across 3 continents, she has inspired educators globally to excel. Judy-Ann's qualifications include (not limited to) a MA from Wright State University. Her recent book, Mastering The Moment:10 Keys to Classroom Victory, provides educators with practical, evidence-based strategies to transform education.
