With over a decade of leadership in early childhood education, Nouhad Doughan is the visionary behind Kids Spot Nursery, one of the UAE’s most respected nursery brands. A passionate educator, dedicated mother of three, and a tireless advocate for high-quality early years care, Nouhad has redefined what it means to create a nurturing and developmentally rich environment for young children.

A graduate of the American University of Beirut, Nouhad combines academic rigor with true leadership. She remains hands-on in the day-to-day operations of the nurseries, ensuring that each setting reflects the warmth, structure, and excellence she envisioned from the beginning. Her approach blends a family spirit with professional standards, nurturing not only children, but also building strong, transparent partnerships with parents and staff.

In addition to her work at Kids Spot Nursery, Nouhad plays an influential role in shaping the early years sector in the UAE. She serves as a board member of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce’s Nursery Business Group, which represents over 200 nurseries nationwide. Through this role, she contributes to nationwide initiatives on curriculum innovation, regulatory improvements and early years advocacy.
