With over a decade of experience in Early Years education, I have held a range of roles including classroom educator, curriculum coordinator in an international school, and leader of early childhood centers across the UAE. My journey has involved setting up new nurseries, redesigning learning environments to meet developmental needs, and currently overseeing the academic and operational direction for a group of nurseries committed to high-quality and inclusive early years education.
My background also includes experience in process management and service quality within international banks, which has equipped me with a unique perspective on implementing systems that drive excellence and continuous improvement in early childhood settings.
I am deeply committed to inclusive education working closely with educators to embed inclusive approaches and support every child’s right to belong, participate, and thrive. Supporting staff in their continuous professional development and in cultivating inclusive, reflective, and high-quality practices. I actively engage families as partners in the learning process, extending the early years experience beyond the classroom and into the home and wider community.
I hold a Bachelor's degree and a CACHE Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Children and Young People’s Services, alongside several specialized training certifications, covering Early years progressive development, quality assurance and operational excellence.

Session Summary:
This talk explores what "quality" truly means in early years education and beyond, beyond curriculum checklists, compliance, the classroom walls and extending it to the outside environment as well. The panel aims to share practical insights into building a culture of quality that is inclusive, reflective, and sustainable.
The discussion will highlight key drivers of quality, including responsive educator-child relationships, pedagogical approaches, continuous professional development, and strong parent partnerships. We will also discuss how structured leadership, process management, and thoughtful environment design contribute to ongoing quality enhancement.
This talk aims to inspire early years professionals and leaders to view quality not as a fixed goal, but as an evolving journey - one that requires collaboration, curiosity, and a commitment to every child’s right to belong and thrive, high-quality early years education is a holistic approach one that lays the foundation not only for academic success, but also for emotional resilience, social awareness, and lifelong well-being, raising tolerant, confident individuals equipped to prosper in a diverse and evolving world.
