Israa Lulu is an education leader passionate about shaping future-ready learning experiences that are rooted in purpose, empathy, and innovation. She currently serves as the Education Lead for Women in AI UAE and leads Innovation & Digital Learning at ASCS Maliha.
A proud Google Certified Trainer, Coach, and Innovator, Israa is also the Leader of the Google Educator Group (GEG) UAE, where she connects and empowers educators through impactful professional learning communities and tech-enabled collaboration.
With a deep belief in the transformative power of education, Israa bridges pedagogy with emerging technologies, driving initiatives that bring AI, design thinking, and ethical digital practices into the heart of classrooms. She has played a pivotal role in developing school-wide AI policies, leading teacher capacity-building programs, and creating impactful student learning journeys through STEAM and innovation.
Her voice is recognized on international platforms and she is frequently invited to speak and lead workshops on AI in education, instructional leadership, and edtech integration. Israa’s work is guided by a human-first philosophy and inspired by a lifelong love of learning.
