Tracey Jones

Tracey has spent over 14 years within the coaching and mentoring space and has delivered her programmes and methodologies in Language Alchemy Coaching to over 4500 educators. She has over 470 coaching hours with senior leaders and her company Chrysalis, specialises in the Human Element of Leadership elevating Emotional Literacy within the workplace.

Tracey is also a highly respected Mind Management coach and trusted confidante in the highest circles of media, politics, sports and business and is often called upon to share her knowledge and insights to government sectors.

Her true passion lies in supporting our younger generation and helping them to build a strong tool kit to manage life transitions. Tracey also liaises with Directors of Education on senior team performance and individual elevation through her mind management methodologies. She also consults on matters of strategy within the education sector.

Tracey holds the ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching qualification, is a NLP Master Practitioner and Coach along with being a Peak Flow Performance and Transformational Coach. Tracey also holds numerous qualifications including a BA Ed Batchelor of Education degree and Management Diploma both awarded at University of Wales and she has won numerous awards for her commitment to making a difference.
