Artificial Intelligence is becoming increasingly important in Education. In this talk, I will outline how Artificial Intelligence can be utilised to ensure quality provision of learning experiences and improve relationships between teachers and students, as well as looking at how AI can be utilised to improve teachers pedagogy and skillset. This is based on the work currently happening in Finland at New Nordic School.

25 February 2020 | 15:30 - 16:00 | From Isolation to Integration – Future purposeful learning

This presentation will discuss the challenges of current outdated curriculum and will offer a way forward by introducing the Nordic Baccalaureate, a new K-12 curriculum agnostic approach to the future of learning. The Nordic Baccalaureate, which gives real purpose to learning, uses 3-layered curriculum framing content & Finnish competencies around real-world issues being addressed by the UN Sustainability Goals.
