Ruzina received her MA in Educational Leadership and Management from Warwick University, UK and has gained almost 15 years of experience in teaching/teacher training in the adult learning sector from both the UAE as well as the UK. Ruzina strongly believes that more time should be invested in teaching learners how to learn rather than what to learn and is passionate about sharing her knowledge of neuroscience, positive psychology, as well as her expertise in teaching with technology with fellow educators. Ruzina is also the author of 'dream du'a do', a self-help book which has gained an enthusiastic readership worldwide, including the UAE, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, South Africa, and Malaysia to name a few. Since its launch in 2021, the book has been featured in Vogue Arabia, Grazia magazine, the National Newspaper, the New Arab as well as Emirates Literature Festival which is recognized as one of the world's leading international literary festivals.
