Rania Badreldin is a happiness consultant, speaker, writer, social entrepreneur and NLP and Hypnosis Master Practitioner on a mission to help people across the globe truly master happiness and success.
A pioneer in women and children's wellbeing, Rania has a long and successful career in publishing and development in Egypt. She is the Founder and CEO of The Family Hub, a social enterprise that delivers knowledge for wellbeing through the digital platform Mother & Child - born out of her passion for helping mothers navigate the challenging parenting journey - and The Family Experts, a network of trusted experts that has created Egypt's national parenting toolkit and delivered it to social and health workers, teachers and religious leaders nationwide in collaboration with Unicef and the Ministry of Social Solidarity.
She holds a BA in Business Administration from the American University in Cairo and is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 women program with Babson College. She is also a certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator.
Rania has served as a mentor and speaker on women's entrepreneurship and leadership, parenting, happiness, wellbeing and the power of the unconscious mind on countless occasions. She has delivered two TEDx talks, "Respecting Kids" and "The Secret of Work-Life Balance".
Rania is a proud mother of three and grandmother. When she's not writing or giving talks she's spending time with her family, enjoying nature, quiet time or goofing off.

An interactive talk highlighting the importance of happiness and wellbeing as the driving force towards transforming education to meet the demands of a changing world. What is happiness, why is it so important and how can we incorporate it into our schools and universities? The talk will be tailored specifically to GESS and will address these questions and more, leaving the audience both thoughtful and inspired. Without a doubt, there is a positive association between happier students, parents and staff and increased motivation, effective teaching, academic achievement and an all-round empowering and supportive environment. With the last couple of years seeing a global pandemic and a rise in mental health issues, there isn't a better time to start prioritizing happiness and wellbeing both within our educational systems and beyond!
