Paul is an experienced leader of education developments with over 30 years experience in projects across Africa, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. He has worked in both the corporate and government sectors as well as for schools, colleges and universities specialising in new initiatives. Trained in biomedical sciences, finance and education management, he is passionate about curriculum-led design of learning and training spaces. 
 
Most recently he has been working for eight years in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, initially as Vice President for the launch of the Colleges of Excellence (TVET) program, then CEO of start-up education investment and development companies before taking on his current role as Director of Operations at Misk Schools. 
 
Paul is currently leading the implementation of Misk Schools' new, state-of-the-art K-12 campus with 110,000m2 of learning area and world-class provision, including facilities for 29 Summer Olympic sports, e-sports and much more.
 
He is a BioPhysics graduate from King's College London, holds an MBA from from the University of Surrey, UK, and is a magistrate in the UK courts justice system.
