Nicholas Orland is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Behaviour Analyst (LBA) from the United States (licensed to practice in the States of New York, Massachusetts, Hawaii and in Dubai Healthcare City). Nicholas holds a Master’s of Science degree in Psychology from The College of New Rochelle. He also has an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology. Nicholas has a career spanning 15 years working with individuals with autism and developmental/intellectual disabilities. Nicholas has worked in both a clinical and supervisory role in adult residential programs for individuals with developmental disabilities, school/residential programs with children with severe problem behaviour, verbal behaviour clinics, home/community based ABA programs, school consultation programs, and telehealth behaviour services. Nicholas has a passion for training and educating others on the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis, and has conducted hundreds of workshops on Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) around the world. Currently, Nicholas is doing research on Parent Training methods in his PhD Program in Applied Behaviour Analysis at Endicott College, located in Beverly, Massachusetts
