What new products have you been working in 2017 and the start of this year? We are excited to know…

Intuitive Education is excited about the Cambridge International Teaching and Learning and Leadership courses that we now offer. We have multiple trainers who can tailor these programs to the requirements of your staff that will help them upskill in their teaching profession.

What advice would you like to share with teachers who might be a little nervous to use some of the latest tech in the classroom to aid learning?

There are some exciting advances in technologies that are being integrated into the classroom which are enhancing the learning experience for students. For example, children can now visit the Louvre and explore exhibits without leaving their classroom using VR (virtual reality) or be involved in virtual classroom lessons with students on the other side of the world. Teachers can also be involved in school wide implementations of virtual learning environments.  Although implementing some of these technologies may seem daunting to teachers at first, the benefits can be extremely rewarding. It may take a little bit of time and perseverance; however, teachers will be surprised by the increased student engagement in lessons that can be achieved that can make the whole teaching process easier, and more exciting for students!

How did you begin your journey in education? We are intrigued to know how it all began…

I come from a family of educators who taught me the value of education from a very early age. Our company Intuitive Education is a family run business that began out of my mother being the first woman in Saudi Arabia to establish a school that is inclusive. This school was awarded a GESS award in 2015 at a ceremony in Dubai for achieving excellent results in incorporating Learning Support and English as an Additional Language programs into the school. This company has gone on to being involved in establishing large schools in the GCC that have been highly successful and supporting existing schools to provide quality education. Seeing the passion and dedication my mother has in wanting to set standards of excellence in education in this region has inspired my love for being involved in this industry. Being part of this industry you soon realise that it is not just about creating a successful business but also the reward you get from improving the lives of young people! I don’t think there are many industries that can offer that, hence why I plan to be involved in education for many years to come.

We love education and believe that every child deserves access to high-quality education. Let’s work together to make that vision a reality!

What takeaway message would you like to share with our lovely readers?
