Mike Potts is the International Programmes Manager for NCFE. Mike has over 13 years experience in the education sector. He has been working with Ministries, Regulators, Colleges, Schools, Employers and Private Training Providers in the GCC and ASEAN regions for over 4 years. Mike's specialism focuses on TVET skills development in new and emerging markets. Mike has also been successful in delivering international advisory services and developing bespoke programmes for governments, international bodies and aid and development organisations.

The talk will also focus on post Covid global and rapidly changing economy where many workers are transitioning and how Awarding Organisations can support changing careers, jobs and ways of working.

Lessons learnt: the way forward for Early Years Settings

After the tumultuous past three years when early years settings have had to drastically change their practice, many early years leaders are taking stock of where they are now. Change is inevitable and we know the best settings are always looking at ways to improve on the previous best, but what happens when massive and sudden changes are imposed? Practice has been impacted in all areas of practice from the curriculum to staffing. This panel session discusses what this means for early years settings and how we can learn lessons and emerge stronger and more resilient.
