Mark Solomons, Founder and CEO of Welbee, is a highly acclaimed expert whose mission is to help school leaders keep more teachers in the classroom, reduce recruitment and absence costs and improve pupil outcomes by systematically building staff wellbeing into the school culture. Mark has over 12 years’ experience developing leadership and culture in UK schools, runs leadership, coaching and wellbeing workshops for ASCL, and was a programme lead for Ambition Institute.
