Luci Willis is the Head of Secondary at Raha International School-KCC. A UK qualified teacher, with over 25 years in education, 12 years of those in International Schools. Luci has created and led Student Support teams in three schools (UK state and international) and held various international leadership roles including Director of Learning and Whole School Principal for Well-Being. She is an IB workshop leader, CIS Chair and PhD student in Education and Social Justice. Luci enjoys powerlifting and poetry writing.
