25 February 2020 | 13:00 - 13:30 | Igniting Innovation and Creativity Across Your School

How do you ignite creativity and innovation amongst your students, your staff, and your school community? How do you turn good ideas, or even far-fetched ideas into reality? How do you turn one-off brainstorming sessions into an actionable plan with clearly defined roles, actions and outcomes? One school will share the processes, tools and mindsets it uses with staff, students, and the wider school community to address the above questions, such as: - When and how to use divergent and convergent thinking approaches. - Knowing your own and others preferences in working within the creative process. - Building a team of complementary strengths. - Creating a clearly defined plan including roles, actions and outcomes that can used with both staff and students.
