27 February 2019 | 13:00 - 13:30 | English | Building Capacity for Sustainable Leadership and Growth

Proactively building relationships has an enormous impact on giving a school not only the capacity to change, but also to grow great leaders. This presentation will focus on maximising potential by putting the right people in the right places, to facilitate succession planning. It will also consider the impact of repurposing learning spaces to inspire and motivate staff, which empowers them to maximise learning. This in turn increases retention rates and supports the development of future leaders, thus ensuring that leadership of the school is both sustainable and progressive.
