Glen Radojkovich is Head of School Improvement (UK and IB schools) for Taaleem Education. Glen has been in Executive Leadership positions for 20+ years. He has lead schools implementing a variety of curriculum across primary and secondary levels in NZ, Singapore, South Korea and the UAE.
Familiar with both the International Baccalaureate (IB) and Cambridge University International Examinations, Glen was former Chairman of the IB Heads Association and Chairman of the Cambridge University International Examinations. In recognition, he was a recipient of bursary from Cambridge University, for his commitment to leadership and curriculum development.
Glen has been an advisor to Ministries of Education in five countries and has had the pleasure of being a conference speaker at numerous international conferences.

Glen and Nicki will share their leadership experiences, as Heads of high functioning schools. In these case studies they will share the mistakes they made which lead to “eureka” moments, which put well-being at the center of their thinking, leading to innovation and transformation in this area which resulted in high staff satisfaction and greater organizational success.
They will be drawing on their knowledge of wellbeing, organizational culture and ways of working, to support mental health of teachers and students. Glen and Nicki share the understanding that happy, healthy and inspired staff are key to any successful school and some ways this can be achieved.
